Is this course approved by my court?
Yes, this course is approved for all courts in the state of Arizona, as seen on azdrive.com. We are approved by the Arizona Supreme Court; our School Number is 090.
How long is the course and is there a final exam?
The course is designed to take between 4 - 4 ½ hours. The state of Arizona does not require that you take a final exam. There are three multiple-choice review quizzes along the way.
What is the cost of the course?
The cost of the course is $42.97. In addition to the course cost we will also collect all of the state and court fees and forward them to the appropriate agency on your behalf. The state and court fees vary by court.
How and when is my completion reported to the court?
Once you complete the course your completion is reported to the court the following business day.
When must I complete my course?
The state of Arizona requires that you complete the course at least 7 days prior to your due date. The course will allow you to log in and out at your convenience an unlimited amount of times up until 7 days prior to your due date.
Do I need to submit any documentation?
Yes, before your begin the course you will need to submit a legible copy of your Arizona traffic citation as well as a copy of your drivers license via upload, email, text or fax.
How often can I take defensive driving?
The Arizona defensive driving course can be taken once every year, from violation date to violation date.
