How Online Arizona Defensive Driving Works

Step 1: Register Online

Course registration is easy. If you don't have all the information handy, you can always click "Save for Later" and come back and finish entering the rest of the information when it's convenient.

After you finish the simple registration form, you will submit a copy of your Arizona traffic citation and driver's license to us. One of our defensive driving support agents will review your paperwork and verify your eligibility. This entire process typically takes 2 business hours or less. Once eligibility has been verified you may begin your course.

Step 2: Take the Online Course

You will be able to complete the entire course from the comfort of your own home, office, or anywhere with internet access. You can take the course all at once or in bits and pieces. You will be able to log in and out as many times as want - the course will remember where you left off.

The course is divided into sixteen (16) units. There is a quiz at the end of each unit consisting of 3-7 questions.

There is no final exam - Arizona does not require it!

Step 3: Completion Certificate Sent

Once you complete the course we will automatically send the completion certificate to the court for you! If you have chosen this option, you will also be able to print out an electronic (PDF) copy immediately upon completion for your records.

We know your ultimate goal is to receive credit from the court. That's why, once your completion certificate is sent to the court, we'll track the progress and communicate with the court for you. As soon as the court processes your certificate and dismisses your case, we will notify you, so you can be confident that no future issues will arise from your Arizona traffic citation.
